Mill Technology which is of benefit to everybody...
Vöcklabruck’s Kunstmühle is one of the biggest and most modern mill of the country with two mills for rye and wheat and a daily output of over 150 tons of flour. Our responsibility begins with obtaining resources. Only the best Austrian grain, mostly from pannonian climate, after being analysed in our laboratory, is used. Quality-analysis during grinding, storage and distribution guarantee a constant and optimal quality of our products. Even today, the art of grinding is the separation of the grain and its peripherals and its skin. That is why the competence of our millers is still of importance.
During the grinding process the grain passes seventeen
computer-controlled mills. This is the way how grain is transformed
into flour of best quality: the famous
“Vöcklabrucker”.
